1. Grant to Golden Nugget Lake Charles

By using or replying to our request with the hashtag #ShareMyGNLC, you hereby grant to Golden Nugget Lake Charles and Landry’s Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and their agents and representatives (collectively, "we," "us," or "the Company"), a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferrable right and license use, publish, display, broadcast, edit, modify and distribute your photo and any materials, content, illustrations, photos, videos, comments, or information relating to it in any form (hereinafter, "User Content"), in all media now known or hereinafter created including without limitation on our website, social media pages, marketing materials, advertising materials, videos, emails, and store materials.

2. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that (a) you own or are authorized on behalf of all applicable rights holders to submit the User Content and make all the grants of rights in this Agreement; (b) your User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of a third party, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, right of privacy, rights of publicity, or moral rights or any applicable laws or regulations. (c) you have obtained permission from all persons whose name, voice, image, likeness and/or any other identifiable representation are included in the User Content. You will indemnify and hold harmless Golden Nugget Lake Charles and Landry’s Inc. from any claims to the contrary.

3. Compensation

You acknowledge that you will not receive any additional compensation for the Company’s use of the User Content. You also acknowledge that we have no obligation to use any of your User Content and may remove your User Content from our digital properties at any time.

4. Reservation of Rights

Golden Nugget Lake Charles reserves the right to alter, change or modify the User Content, in its sole discretion. You hereby waive any right you may have to inspect or approve the finished materials.

5. Acknowledgement and Agreement

By using or replying to our request with the hashtag #ShareMyGNLC, you hereby acknowledge that you have fully read and understood this document and agree to the above. You certify that you are at least 21 years of age.
