24K Select Rules & Regulation

• Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

• Members must use their own 24K Select Club Card to game, earn and redeem. Membership is nontransferable and program benefits, including Slot Points, Comp Dollars and Tier Credits, may not be transferred or combined with any other account, promotion or program.

• Membership in the 24K Select Club program is a privilege granted by Golden Nugget and Landry’s, Inc. and may be revoked or canceled at any time. Redemption of Slot Points and Comp Dollars is subject to verification by Golden Nugget management. Slot Points, Comp Dollars and Tier Credits are void if received in an improper manner.

• It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert his or her 24K Select Club Card into any slot or video poker machine when engaged in casino play. Any play accumulated without the card properly inserted will not generate Slot Points, Comp Dollars or Tier Credits.

• It is the member’s responsibility to present his or her 24K Select Club Card to the dealer or floor supervisor prior to playing table games. The Golden Nugget policy is to rate all table players who wish to be rated. Any play accumulated without the card properly presented will not generate rating or Tier Credits.

• Member’s 24K Select Club Card and valid, accepted photo identification must be shown for all 24K Select Club transactions.

• Duplicate 24K Select Club Cards will not be issued without valid, accepted photo identification. Golden Nugget and Landry’s Inc. are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards.

• 24K Select Club slot players must accumulate a minimum of $1 in Free Slot Play before this reward can be redeemed.

• 24K Select Club players must earn a minimum of $1 in Comp Dollars before this reward can be redeemed. The use of 24K Comp Dollars at d’Oro decremented at a 2:1 ratio. The use of Comp Dollars excludes all posted in store and 24K Tier Status discounts.

• Slot Point and all other earning or reward discrepancies must be brought to the attention of a 24K Select Club representative immediately. Golden Nugget may, at its sole discretion, adjust any earning balances due to equipment malfunction, operational errors or improper use of a 24K Select Club Card.

• Slot Points and Comp Dollars will expire 2 years from when they were earned and without prior notice.

• Free Slot Play will expire 72 hours after download to the machine.

• Golden Nugget employees and their immediate families are not eligible for membership in the 24K Select Club program.

• Golden Nugget and Landry’s, Inc. reserve the right to amend or modify rules without notice.

• Tier Status is subject to the terms and conditions of our program and is also subject to gaming play.

• Tier Credits are earned during a 12 month period. Earning begins on February 1 and ends on January 31 each year. Extensions to this earning period may be applied at Golden Nugget’s sole discretion.

• Tier Benefits earned the year prior continue through February 28 of the following year, and all benefits associated with a Tier are subject to maintaining the minimum Tier Credit qualifications in accordance with the program. Extensions to this benefit usage period may be applied at Golden Nugget’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to change our tier program and point qualifications for Tier Status and Tier Benefits, subject to reasonable notification which may be 90 days or less.
